Miss Universe held in Hollywood, Florida, Andrea Meza leads finalists from
Brazil and Peru. The contest, held in Florida, was broadcast live on May 16 and

Alma Andrea Meza Carmona
is a Mexican model and beauty pageant titleholder. She was previously crowned
Mexicana Universal 2020 and Miss Mexico 2017, and placed as the first runner-up
at Miss World 2017.
Meja was born on 13 August
1994 in the city of Chihuahua. She grew up here with her parents Alma Carmona
and Santiago Meja.
She is the eldest of three
daughters and has Chinese-Mexican ancestry. After completing school, Meja
enrolled at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua, where he obtained a degree
in software engineering in 2017.
